Bookbags are not necessary. If you feel the need to send one for your student, it must be clear and is subject to searches.  Absolutely no items from home should be sent in unless approved ahead of time.  Lunchboxes should not depict any character or slogans.  
Students will need to bring a refillable water bottle (with only water) and snack each day
